Dhauj Lake is a natural lake and a popular tourist spot of Faridabad, located in the Aravali mountain range. There is a small artificial dam near the lake. The lake is dry in summers and during monsoon water again gets filled up in the lake. Hence it is advisable to visit the lake during or immediately post monsoon.

In addition to its natural beauty, the lake is famous for the adventurous rock climbing sport. The hard rocks of the Aravali Hills are quite adventurous to climb. There are a variety of stones and overhangs excellent for climbing & rappelling activities. It has around 250 different routes for climbing with different levels of difficulty. Bird watching is also a main attraction of the lake. The place is a popular weekend getaway for the residents of Delhi.
