Star City is a fairly new complex that was only opened in summer 2000. It has a forty-screen VUE Cinema which at the time of being built was the largest cinema in Europe. There is also a bowlong alley and arcade, which around Summer time and especially weekends can be very busy, so you may have to wait to get your alley.StarCity is also packed with mixed-theme restaurants which include aswell as others; Mexican, Spanish, Chinese and traditional English food. By the way - just a little personal opinion - Ma Potters is the best restaurant for steaks, 20oz challenge (which consists of 20oz steak and a double serving of chips, to win a free pudding) EASY! Done it first time definatly worth it!! Pudding was crap though - I suppose thats what I get for being a fussy so & so! Star City aswell as bowling alleys, restaurants, cinemas there is also a handful of bars and boasting around 3,000 parking spaces, this complex is the largest of its kind in the continent.

Oh and by the way there is a claires accessories (hair bobbles and stuff like that) there aswell. Don't know why, when Star City first opened it baffled me as to why, still does to this day! So if anyone does know why let me know!!

Star City Casino opened in November 2003 and as the UK's largest casino has enhanced Star City's growing reputation further.
