The Neminath Temple in Junagadh is a famous Jain temple situated in Girnar Hill of Gujarat. The Neminath Temple is dedicated to Neminath, the 22nd Tirthankar of Jainism. The Neminath Temple is a rectangular temple the construction of which started in 1128 AD and was completed in 1159 AD. The Neminath Temple was constructed by Vastupal and Tejpal, the two brothers who also constructed the Dilwara temples of Mount Abu, a marvel of marble. The Neminath Temple in Junagadh houses a deity of Lord Neminath in black stone that dwell in lotus, with a conch.
You will find a spacious and columned courtyard inside the Neminath Temple which has ticklish carvings of the Jainish tirthankars. You will have a picturesque view of the down town from the top of the temple.
