Gita Mandir, Dwarka, Gujarat India

Located at the western ghats of Dwarka, the Gita Mandir is a popular religious destination to be visited by the tourists. It was built by Birlas in 1970 and showcases the values of Bhagwad Gita in the inscriptions. The beautifully carved walls and ceilings of the temple are embedded with the inscriptions of the hymns from the Gita. Built entirely of white marble, the temple looks amazingly spectacular and elegant. Another prominent feature about the temple is that it is designed in such as way that any voice heard in the hall will be echoed that gives a distinct feeling to the listeners.
