Shri Radhakrishna Temple, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh India

Shri Radhakrishna temple, which is popularly known as JK Temple, was built by the J.K Trust. The architecture of this temple reflects a blend of ancient and modern style. This temple houses five shrines, out of which the central shrine is dedicated to Hindu God, Lord Radhakrishna. Rest of the four shrines are enshrined with the deities of Lord Ardhnareswara, Lord Lakshminarayana, Lord Narmadeshwar and Lord Hanuman.

There are five shrines in Shri Radhakrishna Temple, Uttar Pradesh. Amongst the five shrines, the central one is dedicated and devoted to Shri Radhakrishna. The other shrines have idols of Shri Ardhanarishwar, Shri Laxminarayan, Shri Narmadeshwar and Shri Hanuman.

The architecture is splendid as it merges the temple styles of the North and South of India with the use of even roofs and decorative mandaps. Its high ceilings allow for natural light and good ventilation, adding to its charm. In addition, it is set in a green spot due to the proximity to Nana Rao Park and Phool Bagh, and this adds to the beauty of the temple.
