Goddess Kuteti devi is situated on the bank of the river Bhagirathi in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. The temple is built on the Hari Parvat about 2Kms away from Uttarkashi.Kuteti Devi is believed to be main deity of the Kot Gram Khai in Uttarkashi.

The temple of Kuteti Devi was built by thedaughter and son-in-law of Maharaja of Kota(in Rajasthan) on the spot where they discovered three stones with a heavenly aroma.Kuteti Devi is also known as a form of Goddess Durga.

It is on this spot that they decided to build the temple and dedicate it Goddess Kuteti Devi, also known as a form of Goddess Durga. Kuteti Devi is believed to be the main deity of the Kot Gram Khai in Uttarkashi.
