Krishnapura chhatris, Indore, Madhya Pradesh India

Krishnapura chhatris are located at Indore city of Madhya Pradesh in Central India. They are associated with Holkar rulers who ruled over this Malwa region for long time and did lot of work in this region.

These are the marvelous architectures left behind by the Holkar rulers of Indore. Tourists can learn a great deal about the Holkar style of constructions featured by domes and pyramidal spires.
