The Daying Ering Sanctuary in Arunachal Pradesh, India is one of the most popular wildlife parks of the state. Spread over an area of 190 sqkm, Alluvial grasslands form the major area and wooded areas constitute about 15% and the rest is water in the Daying Ering Sanctuary. Siang River of Arunachal Pradesh surrounds the park from the northern, eastern and western parts and the southern part of this sanctuary extends into the adjoining state of Assam where it is called Kobo Chapori. The Daying Ering Wildlife Sanctuary is situated 13 kilometers off Pasighat. This gorgeous wildlife sanctuary is a series of river islands where its extraordinary ecosystem of water bodies is home to thousands of migratory birds from Siberia and Mongolia.
