Shri Pachrai Teerth is located in Pachrai and is devoted to Bhagwan Sheetalnath. The idol of Bhagwan Sheetalnath measures around 375 cm in height and is said to possess spiritual powers. This teerth is about 16 km away from Khaniaghan and can be reached by road from Shivpuri. Pachrai is also known for the old Shri Panihar-Barai-Khaniaghan Teerth devoted to a Jain sect.

There are 28 Jain temples in this place. Among these ancient temples, Shri Pachrai Teerth is the famous one and is dedicated to Bhagvan Sheetalnath.
