Nav Nalanda Vihar is an institution which spreads knowledge of Buddhist culture and education. Built in the year 1951 this center main aim was to increase awareness of Pali script and Buddhism which is dying a slow death. In order to boast and inculcate such education Government decided to setup this center. Visitors when visits this place they would get to know that a lot of foreign students who want to get in-depth knowledge of Buddha culture had come over here. Both Foreign and Indian students joins here to get an in depth knowledge of the Buddhist and other similar ideologies.
