This Beach is in Gokarna town and is reachable by road. The way up to the winding path that leads to Gokarna is a scenic one, with the Rocky Mountains and Western Ghats on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other.
A popular attraction of this beach is that a traveler can enjoy a pretty good bath in this sea beach, a hippy paradise with drums, hammocks and guitars. Care should be taken when walking between the beaches at night in the dark, and its best not to go alone. Swimming can also be dangerous as some areas have strong currents.
