Dhauladhar National Park, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh India

The park is situated at a distance of 30 Kms from Palampur and is famous as Gopalpur Zoo. The Park is one of the main attractions that capture the interest of the wildlife buffs. Various animals like Asiatic lion, Angora rabbits, Red fox and Sambhar can be seen here.

Situated at a distance of about 13 kilometres from Palampur, Dhauladhar National Park is one of the major attractions for the wildlife enthusiasts visiting the area. The national park that has been developed by the wildlife department of Himachal Pradesh Government is spread over an area of 30 acres and houses a mini zoo known as Gopalpur Zoo.

Some of the animals that one can spot at Gopalpur Zoo are leopards, black bears, red fox and various other varieties of deers, along with Asiatic lion, angora, rabbits, and sambhar.
