Nandeswar Devalaya, Goalpara, Assam

 Nandeswar Devalaya is one of the ancient shrines established on the top of Nandeswar hill that stands by the side of river Dudhnoi. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and it is believed that the temple was constructed in 10th or 11th century AD. Different festivals including Shivaratri, Dol jatra and Durga Puja are celebrated in the temple and devotees participate in all of these festivals.
