Nagar Ghadi is a white tall structure, which allures attention of people from far off places. The unique and unusual thing; is that it is a singing clock which is under Raipur Development Authority. It is one of the oldest clocks, which was constructed in 1995. Every hour people hear Chhattisgarhi folk music ,which the clock plays.
