A historical destination, Kuthar Fort is located at a distance of just 8 Kms from Solan and is a perfect place to visit. It is believed that this fort is around 800 years old and Gurkha Fort serves as the nearby attraction of this place.

One of the major attractions in the Solan region. The fort dates back some 800 years at its oldest, whilst some parts are only eighty years old. Its sprawled over a site which includes a fresh-water supply complex, which in times of battle, kept the defenders supplied with fresh water. Attractions like Gurkha Fort and Kunihar are located in the vicinity of the fort.
