Charpa Falls, Thrissur (Trichur), Kerala India

Charpa Falls is a waterfall located in Athirappilly panchayath in Thrissur district of Kerala. Located on the west-flowing Chalakudy River, this waterfall lies in between the more famous Athirappilly Falls and Vazhachal Falls.

Charpa falls is an unexploited waterfall located close to Athirappilly waterfalls which is about 60 km from Thrissur District. During monsoon season, it plunges on to the road. Although the height is not impressive, the flow gives a breathtaking sight to the visitors. It is situated very close to the road and the mist from the falls refreshes the visitors while they stand enjoying its beauty.
