Archaeological Site Museum, Dehradun,

There is one Archaeological Site Museum at Jageshwar, District Almora in Uttarakhand looked after by Northern Zone of Museum Branch of ASI with its head quarter at Red Fort, Delhi. There is no entrance fee. The museum remain open for public from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm every day except on Friday.

There are 60 artifacts displayed in the museum recovered from Jageshwar group of temples and vicinity. The displayed objects includes stone images of Hindu god and goddesses belongs to 9th - 14th C AD . The noteworthy figure is a metal image of Pona King assignable to 9th century AD.
