Distance: Warangal Fort is just 12km.

From the Hanumakonda hills the Warangal Fort is just 12km. This fort is assumed to be built by the Kakatiya king Ganpathi Dev and his daughter Rudramma, in the 13th century. The main parts of the temple are now ruined but it seems that the whole fort was built in Sanchi style. The tourist magnetism is the fourth mammoth gate which is located at the entrance.
