A Tridhara is located 12 km from Parbhani. It is called as Tridhara because a confluence of 3 rivers at that place. The Sangam at Rudraprayag is spectacular, surrounded as it by the huge rocky type faces.

It is a popular picnic spot where streams meet in a junction. It is the confluance of the river Godavari, Narmada and Purna.
