This is a very ancient temple of Jains that is situated at a distance of 3 kms towards the North of Jintur, known as Nemgiri. This temple is known to have seven caves and idols of Bhagvan Adinath, Bhagvan Neminath, Bhagvan Shantinath, Bhagvan Mahaveer, Bhagvan Bahubali, Nandishwar and Bhagvan Parshwanath are present here. Every idol of this temple is known to be stunning and it is an architecture of over 400 years old and still stands brilliant.
