Rukmini Nati Ruins In Lower Dibang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh
Rukminati or the ruins of Princess Rukmini is situated at the heart of Chimiri village which is approximately 12 km from Roing. This is a hill-fort presumably of 14th/15th century. You find the remains of burnt and baked bricks, which indicates the progress of the erstwhile civilization.
Widely known as the Chimiri Fort, Rukmini Nati Fort is another historical attraction of the district. It is situated in the heart of the Chimiri village. Rukmani Nati Fort was constructed during the 14th - 15th century. Rukmini Nati is also known as the Chimiri Fort and is situated around 12 km from Roing in the heart of the Chimiri Village. It is believed that this fort belongs to the period ranging from the 14th to the 15th century. Visitors can also trace the ruins of burnt and baked bricks representing the progress of the erstwhile civilization.
