Catherine Falls (Geddhehaada Halla) is an 8 km trail. Catherine Falls is a waterfall fall over down in two steps with a height of 250 ft (76 m). The falls are named after the wife of MD Cockburn, Catherine the First Coffee Plantations in Kotagiri fed, and leading to the basic economic infrastructure of Kotagiri. Catherine Falls is five kilometers away from Kotagiri.

Catherine Falls, also known as 'Foothills of the Dale River' is situated on the main route to Mettupalayam Road and is 8 Kms from Kotagiri. The height of this waterfall is 250 ft and falls in the Kallar River. The name of the falls has been taken from the wife of a coffee planter, M.D. Cockburn.
