Udayan Buddha Bihar was built in 1933. It is situated at Pecharthal. The idol is made of ‘Asta dhatu’ (eight types of metal). It is 4.5 feet high and weighs 300 kg. During April/May thousands of pilgrims visit the place on Buddha Jayanti and Buddha Purnima.
