It is one of the old temples which is situated in the village Sargeshwar and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The beautifully stone carved temple is situated at the point where the waves of the sea water touch its footsteps. The temple complex remains decorated with wide varieties of flowers and grasses. The idols of Nandi the bull and Deepstambh are also placed in this temple.
