A historical destination, Fort Terekhol is located at a distance of 20 Kms on the banks of River Terekhol. The Fort is located in the northern part of Goa and outlines the border between Goa and Maharashtra. The Fort was founded by the Emperor of Sawantwadi Maharaja Khem Sawant Bhonsle, in 17th century.
