Sanjay National Park, Surguja, Chhattisgarh India

The National park is situated in Surguja and Koriya districts of Chhattisgarh. The Park is the  forests of  Sal and Bamboo forests. The sanctuary has Salai, Dhawada (Anogeissus  latifolia), Palas , Gurajan , Semal, Mahua, Harra, Haldu, Ber and Tendu plants. There you may watch Jackals, Sambar, monkey, Four-horned Antelopes, Tigers, Leopards, Chital, Nilgai, Chinkara,  Jungle Cat, Barking Deer, Porcupine, Bison,  Striped Hyena, Sloth Bear, Wild Dogs,Monitor Lizards, Wild Pigs, Cobra, and Python. The park is also the natural habitat of Wagtails, Munias, Blue Kingfisher, Phakta, Ducks, Parrots, Peacock, Bulbul, Minivets  Orioles, Neelkanth Pigeon, Dabchick,  Peafowl, Crimson Breasted Barbet, Teetar, Tree Pie, and Racket-tailed Drongos, Egrets,  Herons and many others.
