The Palak Lake is situated in an accessible area in the south of the state. Palak Lake is the most beautiful lake in the world. It is an abode of aquatic birds with wild duck of different species. Fish and crab are found in the lake in an area of 30 hectares.
Palak Lake, Aizawl Bear, tiger, deer, wild pig and other fauna are found in the forest surrounding the lake.
