Vikramasingapuram, India Overview
Vickramasingapuram or V.K.Puram is a Municipal town in Tirunelveli District in the Indian state of Tamilnadu. It falls under the Ambasamudram Taluk.
It is situated on the banks of river Thaamirabarani, 46 km from Tirunelveli, the capital of the District. This place is at the southernmost end of the Western Ghats which is called as "Podhigai Hill". Various religions' and castes' people are residing peacefully here.
Vickramasingapuram also known as V.K. Puram is located in Tirunelveli District in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is a municipal town that is under the Ambasamudram Taluk. Vickramasingapuram is located on the banks of Thamirabarani River. The capital of the District, Tirunelveli is almost 46 kms away. The Agasthiar Falls also known as kuttralam is located close to the town and is positioned at the southern most tip of the Western Ghats mountain range. It is known by the name Podhigai Hill.
It is close to the Agasthiar Falls, on the banks of the Thamirabarani river.It is the only falls in which the water comes all the years. It is not like kuttralam in which the water comes only in the season. This falls called all time kuttralam.
