Located just below Siju Village, on the banks of River Simsang, it is the third largest cave in the Indian sub-continent. Locally known as Dabakkol, or the Cave of the Bats, it consists of innumerable internal chambers that are yet to be explored. The Siju Cave has a depth of about 4772 meters, out of which flows a perennial stream which is abundant with a variety of aquatic life. These caves are consisting of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites extensively found throughout the length and breadth of these extraordinary earth formations.
