Thoubal is a city, a municipal council with 18 municipal wards and District Headquarter in Thoubal district in the Indian state of Manipur. The new market building has been constructing. Main tourist places are Chinga Lairembi temple, Manipur Sahitya Samiti building, Tomjing ching, Panthoibee temple, etc. Main shopping centres are Thoubal Keithel, Ningombam Luxmi Bazar, Athokpam Bazar etc. Siroi Offset Printers and Siroi Group are main business centres of Thoubal.

Thoubal is a city that is situated in the Thoubal district of the state of Manipur. It is a relatively well developed city and has good infrastructure. There are a few interesting places to visit around the town. The town is known for its temples and some of them are the Chinga Lairenbhi Temple and Panthoibee Temple. Other places of interest include Tomjing Ching and Manipur Sahitiya Samiti. Walking around the various bazaars is also a good idea. Some of the main bazaars are Athokpam Bazaar and Ningombam Laxmi Bazaar. One can find interesting souvenirs in most of the shops that are situated in the bazaar. There are numerous green paddy fields that can be seen in the nearby regions and the entire landscape around the city is pleasing.
