The Devi Talab Mandir, Jalandhar, Chandigarh India

The Devi Talab Mandir is an ancient temple and one of the famous Jalandhar attractions, which is nearly 200 years old. This temple is located in the centre of the city, and is about 1 kilometer away from the Jalandhar railway station. An image of lord Shiva in this temple is referred to as Bhisan Bhairav. Goddess Durga is worshipped here. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India. This ancient temple has been renovated in the recent past.
