Pimpalgaon Joga Dam, Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra India

The Pimpalgaon Joga Dam is located in Malshej Ghat. This 5km long Dam. The Pimpalgaon Joga Dam cuts across the mesmerizing Pushpavati River and with its stunning setting and scenery has become one of the top attractions of Malshej Ghat.  There are plenty birds that visit this site, like the Alpine Swift, the Whistling Thrush, the Quail, the Purple Moorhen and the Pied Crusted Cuckoo. Any bird watcher will be delighted by the haven of birds that can be observed here. There are several migratory birds like the Flamingos that can be seen here too.
