This temple was constructed about 5 to 7 years ago.Madhyameshvar Mandir, a popular shrine, has an inner chamber where a shalunka of Lord Shiva has been placed.At the time of the construction of the temple some images and inscriptions were excavated at the site. The temple is said to have been constructed at a place from where according to the belief of astronomers passes the equador and hence the temple is known as the Madhyameshvara temple.
