Yahong Art Gallery, Batu Ferringhi, Penang Malaysia

Yahong Art Gallery displays artworks in watercolor, oil and ink, as well as antiques and a mesmerizing collection of fine olden-day jewellery made from gold, jade, ivory, lapis lazuli and other semiprecious stones. The gallery is also home to Malaysia's master of batik, Chuah Thean Teng, whose batik paintings are displayed in the upper level. Visitors also have the opportunity to watch batik-making demonstrations, as well as purchase batik souvenirs to take home which includes batik paintings, clothing and accessories.
