Yet another holy teertham that boast of Lord Vishnus greatness and benevolence, Vaikuntha teertham in the temple city gains remarkable significance in pilgrims itinery. Vaikuntha teertham is situated in the pretty surroundings of a lovely cave that lies north east to the main shrine. This teertham is associated with Vishnus incarnation of Sri Rama.

It is believed that the some of the monkeys in the monkey brigade of Sri Ram saw Lord Vishnus Vaikuntha here in this water fall and hence it became known as Vaikuntha Teertham. Legends say that, a dip in this holy teertham would bestow goodness and fortune so during your tour never miss to visit the holy Vaikuntha Teertham.
