Housing over a whopping 100,000 toys, figurines and collectibles, Penang's Toy Museum is the country's first toy museum and reputedly the largest of its kind in the world. The idea for the museum started when its owner, Loh Lean Cheng, visited London's Toy & Model Museum, aged 19, in turn inspiring him to start his own collection. Divided into sections which include 'Chamber of Horror' and ' Hall of Beauties', the collection includes rare limited editions acquired by Loh on his travels. Sound and motion effects accompany some of the exhibits, so don't be surprised if the toys start moving or talking!
How to get there: Take Rapid Penang Bus No.101, 102, or 103.
