The holy place is located on the bank of Sibsagar Lake. Bar Raja Ambika, Siba Singha, the queen of Swargadeo built this temple in the year 1734 and is devoted to the Lord Shiva. It is the only tallest temple in India. Many devotees come here to visit from all over the world.
