Nagoa beach in Diu is the best, a gorgeous, white sanded, crescent shaped beach, enclosing a cove of quiet blue water, ideal for a swim, wading in the shallows, sun bathing by the sea, water sports and exciting camel or pony riding.

One of the major beaches in Diu, the Nagoa Beach, Diu is about 7 kms west of town. Naturally, sunbathing is tempting on these sun-kissed sands. Buses from Diu to Nagoa beach leave occasionally from the old bus stand at the end of the bridge. If you spend the day at Nagoa, attention should be given to the bus timing otherwise missing the last bus leaves you with little choice but to walk.
