Ashok Ashtami Mela, ,

Every year a huge mela is organized in Unakoti. The mela is known as Ashok Ashtami Mela which is organized in the month of April. The mela draws large number of devotees and pilgrims from across the country that come to pay homage to the Gods and the Goddesses here. Tourists and pilgrims could visit Unakoti during the Ashok Ashtami mela or other small melas that are organized in the month of January.
